If you are in immediate need of your package, we recommend that your select USPS Priority Mail as your preferred shipping method. All other orders will be handled in the order received, following the estimated shipping times below. Mahalo.

Our Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Free Shipping - Leaves our facility within 7-10 business days.
  • USPS First Class Shipping - Leaves our facility within 7-10 business days. $5.00 USD
  • USPS Priority Mail - Leaves our facility the next business day (guaranteed) $15.00 USD

Typically, USPS First Class Mail arrives within 5-7 business days while USPS Priority Mail arrives within 3-5 business days.

On a daily basis, our team is checking on the shipping restrictions of certain countries caused by COVID-19. If your country currently has temporary shipping restrictions, you're more than welcome to reserve the items you wish to purchase by creating an order and our team will hold your items safely until restrictions have been lifted. 

*NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS EXCEPT JAPAN AND CANADA* IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 MONTHS TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS PACKAGES ARE BEING DELAYED.

JAPAN AND CANADA : IT CAN TAKE UP TO 1-2 MONTHS TO GET YOUR PACKAGE.

DHL Express Shipping - During this time, this shipping method is no longer offered.

Shipping time for international orders varies depending on the country it’s being shipped to. These estimates do not include the time your package will spend in your local customs office.

All customers are responsible for any implied duties and taxes.

  


LATE LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Domestic / International

San Lorenzo Bikinis is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as "delivered" though you have not received your order, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to report the loss and file a missing mail search. A refund or replacement of items is not guaranteed. If you would like to request your package be held for pickup, please contact us, or indicate this in your order comments so we can accommodate this request for you!

If the package has not been scanned as "delivered" according to USPS' tracking information, please contact us after 21 days for domestic shipments and after 45 days for international shipments. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping cost for any package marked “return to sender”.

 

ORDERS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY

All customers whose orders are marked as “return to sender” will automatically be issued with an E-Gift Card. Customers will be informed via email or phone and we will hold their items for 7 days if they want to make the same order again.

 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

My order wasn’t shipped yet. Can I cancel or change it?

If an order is not shipped from our office, orders may be canceled only for online store credit, not a refund. Customers may contact us to upgrade shipping if the package has not shipped yet.


When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Any priority orders placed after 2:00 PM (HST) or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. Shipments may be delayed following large sales or promotions.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active on USPS.com. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the packages leaves the US.


I’m supposed to be getting free shipping, but I’m still seeing the cost. Should I place the order and you refund me later?

No. Please contact us prior to placing an order.


My order was marked “delivered” but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered mistakenly before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered soon but we recommend you checking with your neighbors and your local post office.
