Under no circumstances shall San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii be liable for any direct or indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website. BIKINIS ARE SOLD AS SEPARATES.

All orders placed after July 1, 2020 must be returned to our home office within 30 days from the original order date to be eligible for return or exchange. For more information regarding shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
We will not be accepting exchanges for any collection (with the exception of Mesh 2.0, Nativa, and Sweet Escape).
All exchange inquiries for the ineligible collections will be handled with issuing the customer account with an online store credit as long as the item is not marked as Final Sale.
This update applies to all orders placed after July 1, 2020
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.
Our E-Gift Certificates are strictly for the use of online purchases. Gift certificates purchased online may not be used at any of our retail locations.
San Lorenzo Bikinis do not process refunds for any reason. Upon verification, your order maybe eligible for Online Store Credit.
From time to time, we do offer various discounts through sales/promotions. Once a transaction has processed, the customer agrees to paying the said price of the order.
Unfortunately, San Lorenzo Bikinis does not adjust the price of orders that were not placed during the given promotional period.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return.
(For U.S customers only) We accept garments which have not been worn to be processed with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the garment still has all tags and liners in tact and, the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed with issuing the customer account with an online store credit.
All exchanges may take up to 15 business days to be processed, once received.
All exchanges must be even-exchanges only.
All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - All exchange inquiries will automatically be handled with issuing the customer account with an online store credit.
For all eligible returns, customers will be awarded an online Store Credit. Please note that we do not process refunds to credit cards for any reason.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
-Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
-Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
-The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove protective slip.
-The package must be postmarked within (30) days of original order date.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns.
-Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online.
-In person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted.
-Returns are processed within (15) business days.
-You will be notified via email once your return has processed.
-If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Authenticity & Warranty
San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 30 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at email@example.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.
PRINTS: Your bikini may not exactly replicate the one pictured. The placement of the patterns may vary due to fabric cut. Each single bikini is unique, made with love for you! ♡

Verification & Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
-We ship Monday through Friday, 9am to 3:00pm HST. Your order will ship from our store within one business day from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
-Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.
- If cancellation is needed, please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Please note - all cancellations result in providing the customer account with an online store credit.
-SAN LORENZO BIKINIS HAWAII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS THROUGH TRACKING. If you do realize that your package has been marked as "delivered", we highly recommend contacting your local post office for further information in regards to the package's whereabouts. San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable for refunding or replacing the lost/stolen package.
If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not San Lorenzo Bikinis to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable to refund or resend your order.
San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact your customer service representative if you have any questions.
WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE CUSTOMS FORM FOR TAX PURPOSES.
Please be aware that once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. As the customer, if you feel that your Local postal system is not reliable, please choose DHL Express Shipping as this includes door to door tracking. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or any damage of these items. For international shipments, please allow up to 45 days for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, please choose the option of DHL Express Shipping. It is the only shipping option that guarantees a specific delivery date.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. San Lorenzo Bikinis HawaiiTM is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
When finalizing your purchase, please be sure to select your preferred method of shipping. If you need your package by a certain date, please choose the best shipping method.
