San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Under no circumstances shall San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii be liable for any direct or indirect losses and/or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website. BIKINIS ARE SOLD AS SEPARATES.
San Lorenzo Bikinis do not process refunds for any reason. Upon verification, your order maybe eligible for Online Store Credit or Exchange.
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. We encourage all customers to use PayPal as they offer the best protection against credit card fraud.
All orders over $300 require a signed authorization form before we ship to the customer for your security. Note that your order maybe delayed until we receive the authorization form signed by the credit card holder. We will hold the items only up to 30 days after purchase. If not signed authorization form has been sent, we will automatically release the items and customer will receive an Online Store Credit.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange. From time to time, we have Promos or Sales and items marked as “ON SALE” does not mean they are "FINAL SALE" unless noted on product page.
Sale prices will not be price matched. If you need to exchange the item, you will need to pay the price difference for the change.
Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not process refunds to credit cards for any reason.
All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
-Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
-Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
-The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary purposes. Do not remove protective slip.
-The package must be postmarked within (30) days of original order date.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns or exchange changes.
-Online merchandise can not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores. Similarly merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online.
-In person returns to our online fulfillment center will not be accepted.
-Returns and exchanges are processed within (15) business days.
-You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has processed.
-If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
-Sale prices will not be price matched. If you need to exchange the item, you will need to pay the price difference for the change.
Authenticity & Warranty
San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 30 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.
By placing an order on www.sanlorenzohawaii.com the customer accepts all terms of this Return and Exchange policy.
Verification & Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and/or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
-We ship Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:30pm HST. Your order will ship from our store within one business day from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
-Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.
-We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Email our customer service: email@example.com.
-All domestic orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery.
-SAN LORENZO BIKINIS HAWAII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY THE USPS THROUGH TRACKING.
If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not San Lorenzo Bikinis to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, San Lorenzo Bikinis is not liable to refund or resend your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
San Lorenzo Bikinis Hawaii reserves the right to refuse the package and / or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact your customer service representative if you have any questions.
WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE CUSTOMS FORM FOR TAX PURPOSES.
Please be aware that once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. As the customer, if you feel that your Local postal system is not reliable, please choose DHL Express Shipping as this includes door to door tracking. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or any damage of these items. For international shipments, please allow up to 45 days for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you absolutely need your package by a certain date, please choose the option of DHL Express Shipping. It is the only shipping option that guarantees a specific delivery date.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. San Lorenzo Bikinis HawaiiTM is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
When finalizing your purchase, please be sure to select your preferred method of shipping. If you need your package by a certain date, please choose the best shipping method.
