Our team will be operating and shipping on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 9AM-4PM HST. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be handled within the business hours of operation.  

 

DOMESTIC Free Shipping On All Orders

Our team is aware that USPS has been experiencing slight delivery delays due to COVID19. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to control the estimated time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.00 USD

Due to COVID19, some countries are experiencing delays in accepting packages. During this time, we highly recommend using Priority International Shipping or DHL to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. 

On a daily basis, our team is checking to on the shipping restrictions of certain countries caused by COVID-19. If your country currently has temporary shipping restrictions, you're more than welcome to reserve the items you wish to purchase by creating an order and our team will hold your items safely until restrictions have been lifted.

USPS First Class Shipping  $20.00 USD

May take up to 8 weeks (business days included), depending on country. You will not be provided further detailed information once your package leaves United States territory. For more information, please contact your local post office. Once your package has reached the destination country, they should be able to provide you with more details. 

 

USPS Priority International Shipping  $40.00 USD  

 

DHL Express Shipping  $120.00 USD

- All customers are responsible for any implied duties and taxes

- We strongly recommend the DHL option as it is expedited and completely traceable.

LATE LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Domestic / International

San Lorenzo Bikinis is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as "delivered" though you have not received your order, we recommend to reach out to your local post office to report the loss and file a missing mail search. A refund or replacement of items is not guaranteed. If you would like to request your package be held for pickup, please contact us, or indicate this in your order comments so we can accommodate this request for you! 

If the package has not been scanned as "delivered" according to USPS' tracking information, please contact us after 21 days for domestic shipments and after 45 days for international shipments. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping cost for any package marked “return to sender”.

 

ORDERS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY

In the case that your order is returned to our home office due to an invalid shipping address, (international) unpaid customs fees, or any other applicable case, you will be provided with an online store credit for the amount paid for the entire order. A customer care representative will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the order's update.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

My order hasn’t shipped yet can I cancel or change it?

If an order is not shipped from our office, orders may be canceled only for online store credit, no refunds. Customers may contact us to upgrade shipping if the package has not shipped yet.

When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Any express or priority orders placed after 3:00 PM (HST) or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. Shipments may be delayed up following large sales or promotions.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active on USPS.com. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the packages leaves the US.

I’m supposed to be getting free shipping, but I’m still seeing the cost. Should I place the order and you refund me later?

No. Please contact us prior to placing an order.

My order was marked “delivered” but I still haven’t received it, what should I do?

USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered mistakenly before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered soon but we recommend you checking with your neighbors and your local post office.
