It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer online store credit for items when applicable:
Please be reminded that San Lorenzo Bikinis does not process refunds for any reason.
In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:
- The item is returned in its original condition and unworn with all the tags still attached, the hygiene liner in place.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan),
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery date. If your items are returned later than 30 your return will not be accepted and sent back.
In your return request's comments section, please indicate which item(s), including sizes, you would like to receive upon your exchange inquiry being processed. We accept garments which have not been worn to be processed with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the garment still has all tags and liners in tact and, the order has not exceeded 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is not available, by default, your request will be processed with issuing the customer account with an online store credit. All exchange packages must be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the request - the item(s) will be released after the hold period.
How to return your item(s) at the San Lorenzo Bikinis Online Store:
1. Log into your customer account and select Return Items from the correct Order ID #.
2. Specify the Qty to Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. Though we enjoy hearing feedback from our Merbabes, leaving a comment is 100% optional.
3. After submitting the Return Request, you will be further instructed on how to submit your merchandise to our Returns Office as well as requirements your item(s) must meet. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has successfully submitted.

→ Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. When your returns package arrives at our office, you will receive a confirmation email and the status of your Return Request will change to Received.

Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
San Lorenzo Bikinis reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
